Andrew Steckel

Central NY

Andrew Steckel is a resident of Syracuse, and currently pursuing a career in Human Resources. He is a graduate of CNS High School in Cicero.

“I began my work with Nurse Connection after spending time as an administrative assistant, which helped me to familiarize myself with HR and clerical work in general. I spent a year doing Human Resources for Nurse Connection until being promoted to recruiter for our CNY region in 2019. Every day, I see the work I do as valuable experience added to my understanding of this industry, and the amazing people that perpetuate it.

In my free time, I both practice and teach drum music; something I loved in high school and college. I hope to return to school soon for a degree in Human Resource Management, so that I can continue to grow in this field with the experience I’m gaining now behind me.”
