The Nurse Connection was founded in 1987. The goals of the company were, and continue to be, two-fold; the first being to meet the supplemental staffing needs of long term care facilities, hospitals, and other institutions, the second being to provide a work environment that respects the professional concerns of health care providers.

To this day, our commitment to residents and staff is reflected in the quality of services we provide. Through the years, our good reputation has enabled us to grow and expand in scope. Today, The Nurse Connection Staffing offers staffing services throughout the Capital Region and surrounding counties. We offer the personal touch often missing from national staffing companies.
